A quality product.
Delivery good. Price acceptable. Probably had to buy more than I needed but..... All batteries came individually wrapped in bubble wrap and individually boxed. All batteries tabbed both ends and soldered well together to form replacement pack for a cordless screwdriver.

Not holding charge
Built up in to battery packs only to find they dont hold charge over night. In the medical unit they are now installed in its worse then usless. I now have to do a 5hr job all over. Unhappy don't cover it.

Wasted money.
2 X 10 pieces, 21 £ wasted. The batteries didn't ever work. 2 out of 20 came totally discharged (0 Volts). First try to use them led to overheating. After cooling down, trying to charge led them overheat again. I reckon they are very old batteries, though there is no production date printed on them. I tried to use these batteries to refurbish 12V Makita batteries, and used Makita cordless drill and charger.
