Q: How long do you wear it for? Ie weeks or months?

Hi Mrs. Martinez,Thank you so much for your interest in Bellefit!To achieve the best results, wear your Bellefit continuously (12-24 hrs) during your daily activities for a minimum period of one week. After the initial week you may take it off during the night and continue to wear your garment for the remaining 120 days, or as long as you feel comfortable.Be sure to let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.Bellefit Customer Service

Q: my baby is now 2 but i am a week out from my hysterectomy. will this still help with the pooch i still have?

Q: What kind of detergent do you use to wash the corset?

I use "all free&clear" (same stuff I use on my baby's clothes) on the delicate cycle or by hand. I've had no problems washing it.
