Absolutely brilliant. It has cured my partners terrible snoring so we aren’t in separate rooms anymore. He has tried everything but with no success until he used this then lost a bit of weight. We both sleep well now. Recommend it 100%

Great product, small bottle
Great for when you don't have time to do a nasal douche, leaves you feeling clear and clean. However, I should have paid attention to the size. I thought I was saving money by buying a three pack but I will go back to buying the single, double size bottle as it is better value.

This is a strange one, some people complained about getting the smaller 50ml size, which is the actual size I wanted as its easier to carry in my wash bag when i'm traveling. I received the 100ml ones. Which although isn't the size I wanted, I guess I get more bang for my buck.

En general, fue una experiencia fantástica. Se lo recomendaré a mis amigos y familiares.
Shake the bottle before use. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press briefly to dispense the mist. Repeat in the other nostril. Use 2 to 6 times a day or as needed. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue after each use.
