This was simple to put together. It took about 10 min to set up. The water here in AZ is very cold this time of year so we actually filled the pool with hot and cold water (made a tiny spa). It worked out great. I had hoped there was a port in order to attached a small pool pump to it but the 2 drain plugs at the bottom make it really easy to drain and clean.The frame is aluminum I think and isn't as strong as we had hoped. My husband is 6'1" and 200+lbs and so it was a tight fit for him. He has to be careful getting in and out since the frame will not bare his weight.

While I am a believer in the health benefits of cold plunge therapy.. I'm still a scairdy cat 🙀! I got this tub as much for its versatility to hold.hot water as I did for having on hand for cold plunge. I have an outdoor shower and didn't want to spend alot on a tub or have a permanent tub yet. This was easy to put together, held the heat easily and now I have every reason to have an icy bath ready for me to rinse off in. I like that there is a cover for it. It's comfy around the edges for relaxing too!

I'm honestly surprised how easy is it to set this cold plunge tub up. It's well-made, functional, and easy to transport. It holds a large amount of water and ice and does not leak. You can submerge your entire body (for reference I am 5'5). It looks nice and is easy to clean as well. Overall, we are very pleased with this tub and we'll get a lot of health benefits out of it. It definitely makes you feel energized after using it and you can't beat that feeling for this price.

Not insulated enough at all doesn’t maintain water temperature at all what so ever I don’t recommend this product spend a little more money and get something decent this isn’t it!
