The sea salt was purchased along with the bottle of minerals for the perfect balance of our drinking water. We fill 5 gallon bottles at a refill station here in town. Always making sure to get the right balance of minerals in our water this sea salt was the perfect addition, because it dissolves quickly and there's plenty of it to last for a long time. It appears to be a good quality product and you can seal the bag back up until the next time you need it.

I saw a documentary on the mining process in Utah that gets this salt. They grind it out then bag it up and ship it to you. That's it, they don't add or subtract anything from it. It contains all the nutrients of vitamins and minerals that our bodies naturally need.Iodized salt bleaches out all the good stuff, bur this salt is great for your body, it even has a very slight sweet taste if you put it under your tongue. I usually don't care for salt that much but I do find myself getting a few grains and sticking it under my tongue. I'm so impressed with this that I'm even taking it out to California and giving some to my sons I think they will benefit greatly from it.My body actually seems to feel better since putting some of these vitamins and minerals back into my body.Thank you so much "REDMOND" Company and family for finding and sharing this salt with us.The documentary states that our body is made of approximately 90% water which contains just about the same amounts of minerals that is found in our oceans. Millions of yrs ago Utah was under water, which explains why there is this salt mine underground.So get back to what our bodies require and get this salt.As you can tell I love this salt!!!

Pure and taste Great

It very healthy and pure

Since converting to a carnivore diet two years ago, I have been using Redmond Real Salt! Although I previously used various pink salts, I like this is from the US. Taste has just the right amount of mineral and sweetness to it. Has not affected my blood pressure, and I do use a little more than the recommended amount. I meant to get the coarse kind for a grinder. This is Kosher, but not coarse kosher like I thought it would be, so it jammed by electric salt grinder. I thought it would work fine, but guess not, my bad! Next order, I'll choose coarse.
