Very good quality and adhesion compared to other tapes I’ve tried. Lasts for 5 days on shoulders even through showers/exercise/movement etc. the colour is fairly discreet for my skin tone but it would be good for other skin colours to be available

I'm FtM and use this tape as a safer, longer-lasting alternative to chest binders. It's comfortable and breathable, and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Plus it comes away with much less residue than other brands when you remove it. I remove it in the shower after about a week of wearing it. It can be dried after a shower or swimming. It will start to peel away after a few times of being soaked; this is how you know it needs removing. To remove, soak it thoroughly in warm water and slowly peel it off.

The product is good and gives the support I require. My only complaint is I do not like all the markings on the backing paper. I found it made trying to cut strips the same length a little difficult. Some might argue that using a tape measure would solve the problem, which I do accept but would still argue the point.

Great tape for support. Stays in place with good adhesion and comes off easily when taken off without leaving horrible residue. Other tapes have irritated my skin but not this one. Love the skin tone colour. 100% reliable tape.

If you're a serious athlete looking for tape that performs under work then stick with what you know... There's a reason this is so much cheaper. It's much less sticky (even to its own backing paper), curls in on itself after application, won't stick to itself if you're taping a figure-of-8, and has weird longitudinal bands that run along it after sticking. Tried so far on a thumb collateral ligament injury for climbing, but not optimistic that it will do any better on my feet for running. A roll also weighs a lot less than better quality tape.

i have bought tried so many kinesiology tapes from a minimum of 10.99 sterling a roll to 11.99 a roll , i love the wild colour. its by far the most durable and last longer, i have to use this for life and i say since 2017 this is bar far the best for money & also durability. take it from someone who will.need this for life, i highly recommend this to anyone for, what ever reason they require it. i use mine for my wrist to give it more support and gives me that little extra bit of stability and support 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me 👌1: Durability last 3 days even when you get it wet, with my Autism i have to change very day if it gets wet sometimes twice.2: Does not irritate the skin what so ever ,3: So Effective i cannot believe i found this one4: Its very good in thickness i use a strip to wrap once around my wrist & that is amazing in my book , if yous can set up a plan for me to recieve this so many times a year will great. thank.youa VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, WILL BE OBVIOUSLY BE RETURNING 🙌🙌

For Months now I have had the most severe burning pain in my heel and after long 8-12hr shifts on my feet, when I take my boots off it’s like I am walking on Lego! Somebody recommended this product to me and I was Very skeptical! It arrived Yesterday and I strapped up my foot according to directions online and I have just come home after my shift and the pain in my feet is at least 90% less! I am blown away at the effect this soft comfortable tape has had on my feet! This was the first shift in months I was not in continuous pain! I got the three roll set as I thought I would waste lots learning how to apply it or I would need lots and wow it was easy to put on first time and I hardly used any of the roll! Can’t express just how shocked I am at the difference this has made on the first use! I was dreading the next few weeks of shifts but now I am feeling quite relaxed about them! Very good tape that when applied correctly lasts a good run or workout no problem.Good value for money, have 1 in my kit bag and I would recommend.
