I was afraid that these were a flash deal cause they were gonna be old. But they are really fresh and taste really good. Flavor is strawberry and watermelon. Sweet and sour just like there supposed to be.

The original Sour Patch Watermelon was once (still is?) my kryptonite. I love it. Alas, my weak enameled teeth do not, so I think fondly on my time gorging myself on them.So when I had the opportunity to try these, which are watermelon-strawberry, I'm like, "Oh, one bag can't hurt." And for $15, you get a whole BOX.First, I checked if they glow under a blacklight as claimed. They do, but it isn't the whole piece of candy. Each has little UV-reactive flecks that glow. That's fun and novel, but unless you're snacking on these during laser tag, galaxy bowling or golf, or Spencers, most people won't be able to enjoy that fun quirk. Who wants to get a UV flashlight out for snacks?These are chewier and stick to my teeth more (oh NO!) than classic Sour Patch Watermelon do, which seems odd to me - and means I probably can't have these very often if I want to preserve my dental health.Flavor wise, they are indeed a mix of strawberry and watermelon - they taste good, and I prefer them over a classic mixed pack of sour patch kids, but not over the watermelons ones. They are more tart than the watermelon ones are, too. I ate a bag and wow, my tongue is a little stingy! Not in a bad way - about what you'd expect from sour candy.This pack of 12 ends up being about $1.25 a bag, which is reasonable for candy at the moment. I wouldn't buy another case - not because I dislike them, but because my hygienist and dentist will kill me. If you like sour candy and those flavors, you'll like these!

This has a great flavor and taste compared to a normal sour patch but unfortunately It doesn’t glow much as expected even with a powerful black light more of a shimmer effect when you move the light across it. but awesome for a hollow even theme.
