DF308 Preacher Curl Bench by Deltech Fitness

Great, sturdy bench. I did my research and this was well worth a few extra dollars. Most preacher curl bench reviews complained that the elbow pad was too narrow or that it wasn't sturdy for heavy weights. The elbow pad has a thick sturdy metal plate that runs 3 quarters the length of the pad. Deltech has two different preacher curl benches, DF306 and DF308, for practically the same price. I went back and forth and finally chose the DF308. Both had similar characteristics. The big difference is the weight stand arms - square shape versus u-shape. The u-shape is sturdy with no rocking. Assembly took a whole ten minutes with a socket wrench. Deltech does provide two solid wrenches in the package. Great addition to my garage gym.

Product is very sturdy, easy to put together and is very wide at the pad itself. Lots of other products had complaints of the elbow pad being too narrow. I would say this is comparable to equipment in an expensive gym. Highly recommended.

What’s not to love I mean ya know when ya get them other gym items that you have to assemble and they give you some fabricated piece of junk wrench to work with? Well not with Deltech I was instantly impressed not only to feel like the equipment was heavy duty gym standard equipment but they included two heavy duty actual useful wrenches to aid in your assembly that are worth keeping in your tool box. Nothing was missing and it went together in about 10 minutes with very clear instructions. Arrived 3 days earlier than expected to, just in time to pay the preacher tomorrow when i workout them biceps. The arm rest pad is nice and wide to so your elbows aren’t on the very edge allowing you to fully concentrate on form. If your considering adding a preacher bar station to your home gym this is the one you will not be disappointed.

Just what I'd hoped for, easy install, heavy duty quality, easy to adjust, awesome stability.

As a 5'11 520 pound guy, I specifically searched for reviews for preacher curl benches that had as wide of an arm rest as possible (I am wide) and this did not disappoint! This bench was easy to put together without help (~45 mins) and is incredibly sturdy when using it. It also looks pretty good in the home gym! Zero complaints here - Excellent product for the price.

Upon opening noticed multiple parts had damage from parts touching/rubbing against one another. Packing material should be reinforced in areas that have the potential to rub/touch during shipping. Item was also missing screw that holds preacher bar pad to bench. Pad was completely detached from support arm. Returning item for replacement/exchange.

This bench is solid and does exactly what I expected. Similar quality of those found in most gyms. I’ll use it for many years.

Have a few pieces from Deltech Fitness so far and they have all been absolute top quality, especially considering the price. You're getting commercial grade quality for way less than competitors. I will be buying more from them in the near future.
