Mottez A025P1 Bike Rear Mounted Cycle Carrier

I am very pleased with this carrier. I find it very easy to fit and consider it to be very sturdy and excellent quality for the money. It is exactly what i was looking for and will gladly rate it at 5 stars.

Easily fitted and seemed of good quality, but one of the rubber latching straps that holds the bike on to the frame broke during first use. There are a few holes in the strap to choose from so we used the next one along, but that broke as well. In the end we had to tie the bike to the frame for the return journey as the rubber had obviously perished and become weak. Hopeless. It has already been returned.

The cycle carrier is exactly what I wanted and is of a better quality than I had expected. I'm totally satisfied in all respects, except that the supplied Instruction leaflet is entirely in French. However, despite not being 'brain of Britain', I was able to assemble and fit it without difficulty.

very well made easy to set up once set for your car no need to readjust and takes less than a minute to fit and remove.

Installs easily onto my Hyundai i20 and securely holds a 12kg aluminium road bike. One star deducted as I bought a warehouse deal (condition very good) and one of the straps was broken but still usable

this is ideal for single bike

So the good, works extremely well. Happily watched my son drive off to Uni with his bike on the back of his hatchback with no qualms about rear window visibility or number plate being obscured. And yes the bike stayed firmly attached. So, why not five stars? Well the instructions are only really comprehensible in the french version and even then (my french is pretty fluent) it is not totally clear how to attach the thing!
