Short wires, no switch
The output wires are very short. I wish the device would have a switch (it drains my battery when not in use).

I got caught in over 5 heavy rain storms over the past 2 years and I have had no issues with this little unit. It started on a 42v system and has now been running on a 72v system.

This part is not what is described in the advertising
This part has tiny wiring and doubtfully that it can handle 15 amps as stated if 15 amps was applied to this matchbox it would go up in flames the wiring is undersized it might handle 5 amps that's it . I will direct this turd and see what is inside this is actotal scam ripoff part! Do NOT BUY THIS PART! IT IS A RIP OFF! This China company should be barred from selling fake junk that is a fire 🔥 hazzard and it proably will blow out your electronics if connected. The part is the size of a matchbox and could be sold in a gumball machine for $.50 cents. I am totally disgusted with Amazon for selling Garbage to Americans I might boycott Amazon

Great Value, Great Product @ 96-109.2V
Used in a custom electric motorcycle build. It's hard to find parts that work for 96V, and this did the trick. Previous one I tried from a different company blew out my brake lights, but this one does exactly what it says at a great price.This is also nice because I have a 72V auxiliary battery for backup/around town on a switch, and this allows me to switch between batteries on the fly w/o worrying about blowing out, or not having enough power for, electronics.

reliable and afforadable
I've purchased a dozen of these step downs. Very easy to install and simple to use. I haven't had any Pro Chasers fail on me yet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a step-down. If you don't need 100v+ step down, Pro Chasers has a smaller unit that handles up to 72v (about 1.5-2" shorter in length).
