THIS STUFF ACTUALLY WORKS!I am adult with acne since early teens, it runs in the family and so far Doctors had been unable to find something to really make a dent in it.I tried lots of tablets, creams etc.So I decided to try finding new solutions on my own.I had a SUPER BAD break out just before this arrived, so I immediately started using it, baptism of fire for this product having to follow up one of my worst breakouts in years.FIRST:You need to use it totally consistently, do what it says on the tub!Wash your face properly twice a day, exfoliate your skin first.Make sure your hands are totally clean when you apply itPut it on your skin immediately after it's dry after washing, don't put anything else on first.It will dry your skin, don't get it in your eyes or anything, it smells quite strongly so I'm sure it stings.I moisturise a while afterwards to help with the drying, also make sure your moisturiser isn't causing break outs as some do.Also look at your make up if you wear any, I'd recommend going without for a few weeks to give this a proper test. Make up often contributes to skin problems.It may take a few weeks to notice the difference, stick at it, consistency is the key.I haven't changed anything else, my skin care, medication, diet and lifestyle have all remained the same since before I've just added this product in twice a day as instructed.And my skin is A LOT better, just from adding this to my life.It took a while to work, need to be totally consistent but now I am...my acne is practically gone, after more than 10 years of really no let up in it at all.I've gone from getting several large spots a day to none for weeks, and when I do get them I know why: I messed up taking my tablets or I ate dairy (p.s. dairy causes acne, get it gone) or eat tons of sugar (affects your hormones, contributes to acne),I didn't wash my face properly, forgot to use it...But even then I only get 1 or 2 really tiny spots, if any, sometimes I just get small red marks that don't do anything at all and then disappear.Also my scars are fading faster than they ever did before, about a month in I started noticing, my scars are disappearing really quickly which is amazing!p.s Acne sufferers, get dairy out of your diet too.This is not some paid review or anything, although if they want to send me some for free I wouldn't say no ;)This could be the start of your acne-free life, so try it.UPDATE: 7 weeks exactly since I first started using this stuff.Still working, amazing.

Bought for my son who still suffers with those deep acne bumps around his jawline.This stuff is AMAZING! Its a small pot but you only need a small amount which is brilliant.After a couple of weeks he noticed (as did i) a massive improvement. The bumps had started to clear and were no longer irritating him.Highly recommend for anyone suffering from old acne bumps, stubborn acne.

My recent skin routine changes include *not* using body lotion as a facial moisturiser, cutting out mechanical exfoliation, drinking a lot more water, drinking lemon and hot water daily, using actual face moisturiser for dry areas, using enzyme exfoliator twice weekly *and* using this product. Results after four weeks: healthier complexion, almost eliminated red blemishes on cheek bones and dry, flaking skin around the nostrils, nose tip and cheeks, much reduced large blackheads around jaw line, much reduced oilynes over the course of a day, much fewer painful under-the-skin spots. My face looks overall more glowy, other features such as eyes and eyebrows stand out much more in my clearer face. Although I've incorperated a lot of changes into my skincare routine, I really feel that this product has played the most integral part, with increased water intake coming in second. Although the product can feel quite drying in a way, following a face wash with warm water, the application of this product eliminates the tight itchy feeling of dry skin that I would otherwise get; I often skip the face moisturiser as I will only use that on exceptionally dry areas now. Im only giving this 4 stars as is hasn't really reduced those small all-over blackheads on my nose as I was hoping; I'm hoping I won't have to resort to mechanical exfoliation again as I think that was causing a lot of the flaky skin issues.

This cream, as well as many salicylic acid containing products, is very effective at clearing up acne. However, this product contains sulfur powder, presumably for dermatological reasons. The smell of sulfur is initially covered by the tea-tree within the cream however after a while the masking subsides and you are left smelling of eggs. I find the smell awful and it sticks to clothes, bedding, and your skin until its washed. Theres no good time in the day to use the cream: you don't want to smell of sulfur through out the day and you dont want your bedding to reek of the stuff either. I reccomend finding another cream without the sulfur powder or just buying a salicylic acid containing spray.
