Can this replace the Rapide R3

Hi Joan, I replaced a previous triton with this one expecting it to be a straight swap, but it wasn’t, the existing cable was a little short and needed changing and also the cold water feed was slightly different and needed s small change. The unit worked well after the work. If you can look at the installation drawing and also ask triton they can be helpful.

Will this replace a triton zante

The only difference is that the zante is a 8.5kw unit the T80si is a 7.5kw unit. So it depends on what fuse is in the main fusebox. You may have to have the fuse change to a lower wattage. Cs

Yes. All connections are the same.
