Worth every penny!
I’ve been on a journey to boost hair growth after seeing impressive results from using castor oil on my eyebrows and a rosemary oil hair treatment. Eager to incorporate these ingredients into my daily routine, I discovered California Naturals Re:Gro Anti Thinning Shampoo and Conditioner and decided to try them. I’m thrilled with the results so far!The shampoo is incredibly cleansing, leaving my hair feeling squeaky clean without stripping it dry. It’s refreshing and preps my hair perfectly for the conditioner. Speaking of the conditioner, it’s thick, rich, and packed with castor oil—a game-changer! The bottle recommends letting it sit for 2 minutes, and that short wait delivers results better than high-end conditioners I’ve used before. It restores moisture beautifully, leaving my hair hydrated and manageable. After just a few uses, I’ve noticed significantly less shedding and breakage, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The inclusion of castor and rosemary oils aligns perfectly with my hair growth goals, and I love that the ingredients are effective and thoughtfully chosen. This shampoo and conditioner combo has quickly become a staple in my routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their hair and reduce thinning!

Better than Nioxin
I bought this because I was looking for a more natural replacement for Nioxin. I’ve had thin/fine hair for a couple years and always look for a shampoo promising to combat the look of fine hair.First impression I love that it’s sulfate free but it still lathers! I’ve tried some sulfate free shampoos in the past that don’t seem to suds up. The scent is perfect for my partner and I to both share this product. It’s a fresh herbal scent.I was most impressed with how smooth my hair was post shower. My hair is bleached/damaged and I was able to run a comb through it with no snarls. It’s definitely more moisturizing than Nioxin which is a plus!!Overall my hair feels great and I’m excited to have found a natural replacement that’s also more affordable.

Fresh, Light Hair That Stays Clean Longer
I’ve been using both the Re:Gro shampoo and conditioner, and I’m honestly impressed. My hair stays clean much longer than usual, which is rare for fine hair like mine. After washing, it feels light, nourished, shiny, and very manageable - no heaviness or residue.I also really enjoy the fresh, herbal scent: it’s natural and pleasant without being too strong. Another bonus is the clean formula: no silicones or sulfates, but packed with scalp-friendly ingredients like zinc, caffeine, and biotin, which is great for reducing thinning and breakage. The only small downside is the packaging - the shampoo and conditioner bottles look identical, so I always have to double-check the label before using. It’s a minor inconvenience, but a design tweak could make the experience even better.Still, the results speak for themselves I’ll definitely continue using this duo!

It's ok shampoo
I was excited to try the California Natural Shampoo and Conditioner because of its natural ingredients and clean formula. The scent is pleasant and refreshing, and I liked the idea of using something free from harsh chemicals. However, after a few uses, I noticed my scalp started feeling dry, which I didn’t expect from a natural product. I kept using it for about a month, hoping it would balance out, but unfortunately, I also started noticing more hair fall than usual. It’s hard to say if the product caused it, but the timing makes me cautious. That said, everyone’s hair reacts differently, and I can see how this might work well for others with a different hair type or scalp condition. It’s not a bad product, just not the right fit for me personally.

Recommended by the Yuka app
Love the natural ingredients. According to the Yuka app that tracks toxicity in products, this shampoo and conditioner combo is one of the safest hair care products on the market. I believe the Yuka safety score for the shampoo was 93 out of 100, which is very high. All other products in my bathroom have very low Yuka scores, so I had to throw out most of them.

Bye Bye Bosley!
I was using Bosley Revive shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and the shampoo is almost $30 for a small 10 ounce bottle and the shampoo doesn't even lather well so you go through it like water and the conditioner is the same situation and my hair never even felt soft. They say it has pumpkin seed oil but it's not even listed in the shampoo ingredients anymore. I then tried the Hers triple treat shampoo since it has the saw palmetto and pumpkin seed and my scalp hurts for days and my hair was straw So I did research for a replacement and came upon this and it has Pumpkin seed oil,Saw palmetto, Caffeine, Rosemary, Nigella Sativa Seed Oil, more and better ingredients than Bosley and Hers and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did because the shampoo lathers well,my hair doesn't feel stripped and my hair feel soft.

Great formula and smells amazing
I just got the shampoo because a friend recommended to me and I really like it! The texture is light, it lathers well, and leave my hair feeling clean without drying out. The fresh herb scent is super pleasant and natural, no too strong, the smell fells like real like they made it with authentic ingredients. I noticed that my hair feels softer and more manageable, also I really appreciate that it’s free of sulfates and silicones. Definitely recommend!!!
