I haven't used this on stretch marks. I have only used it on my hair. It makes my hair a lot more manageable after washing it.

Q: What is the material of the dropper -- glass or plastic?

It is glass. It came wrapped in plastic separate from the rubber top piece. The bottle was capped.

Q: Can this be used as a carrier oil for diluting essential oils?

Yes, I have used it as a carrier oil. Though I tend to save them for scent I intend to wear or for health reasons. There are less expensive carrier oils like jojoba and peach kernal oil.
