ONly by the manufacturer. The watch is a copy of The Bradley watch, where the hour's ball is in a slot in the band. Initially, it was designed for blind people. It was important that a blind person would find the hour first. The watch looked cool, and the blind people became a small part of the market. Then Eutour, a Chinese company, copied it, moving the hour ball to the top. The Bradley people did not sue Eutour because in China they would not win anything, and even if they won in court, it would not bring any financial compensation. I know that because I was involved with Bradley. Switching the hour ball with the minute one, even by a trained watchmaker, would be VERY difficult and expensive, if possible.
