Q: Do the stamps stay secured in the holders? what is the size of the drawing service

I gave this item to a disabled 6 year old at the request of the parents as a gift. The child loved the item and so do the other siblings of this child. It’s a good size screen. And yes, the items stay in place. I would purchase again.

Q: Why is there no dry erase board when the packaging clearly says so.?

The board itself is the dry erase board.

Q: Anyone else get a product that does not match the box? Our pen is not blue, no dry erase, and stamps are different colors from what is shown on box

Yes. No dry erase and the board did not work. Everything disappeared after a few seconds

Q: Is the string on the pen long enough for a lefty?

You can turn the board upside down and it works fine for a lefty.
