Q: How do you know what size i have really large thighs

I’m interested in this also. I have lymphedema & need to have a liner for the full length of my leg, hip to toe before I wrap. Then I foam wrap, then put on compression wraps & then also I need to put on a liner over everything to help keep it in place throughout the day. Very difficult to find larger sizes. “Pre cuts” do not work & are way too small & tight. Please help!!

Q: Is D 3" or 3 1/2", usually E is 3 1/2 "...but both say D. Which one is is?

This will give very little support. Wife has a nerve problem whereas her arm is aways cold, uses it to keep arm warm.

This would not work for that large a muscle.
