Wireless headset yes. MagicJack basically no. These photos are meant to be used with a large management system and typically don't work as a stand alone device. I say "typically" because with some dedication it's possible... Not reliable but possible

Hi, the RJ11 port is used to attach an expansion console module (CP-7914) to the phone, to add 8 additional line appearances, for a receptionist phone setup. The port cannot be used with a POTS line unfortunately.

Hello Kemar, First off you will need to add the phone i.e. configure the phone on a Cisco Call control system which may be Cisco Unified Communications Manager Versions 4.1(3)sr5b, 4.2(3)sr2b, 4.3(1), 5.1.1(b), 5.1(2), 6.0(1) and greater or Cisco Unified Communications Express and SRST Version 4.1 or greater. The process of registering the phone itself when the same is configured on the system won't take more than a minute or two.
