Q: I see pictures and videos of it running both ways. Are you supposed to go from inside to outside the house or outside to inside? Thanks!

Either is fine and both were required in my case as I had a bend in the attic. I pulled out my dryer, ran it through to the bend, and used my shopvac to clean up that mess. From the outside I pulled off the cover, removed what I could reach by hand, plugged in my electric leaf blower inside my house pushing air out, and then ran the cleaner by hand through the pipe. This worked perfectly and I'm running like new again. Oh and remember to only turn clockwise or the threads will back out and you're stuck with it still in the pipe!

Q: I got 5 broken connecting rods. There is no customer services number to call. Any help to reach them to get the replacement for the damaged rods?

If the brush head is not to far from the exhaust vent, remove the exhaust vent. Next use a rag or a car wash sponge & wrap it around the rod and secure with tie wraps or cotton string. Make sure the rag or sponge is a little bit smaller than the diameter of the ducting. Then feed the assembled flex rod until you can feel or hear the brush head being moved. Continue to push the brush head until it reaches the exhaust vent opening. Hope this will work.
