Q: Why does the image of the product show (what looks like) "creatine monohydrate" in the supplement facts of the label instead of Riboflavin? I would like to see what the REAL label looks like...not one where someone got lazy and edited some other label.

I see the real label. Not sure what the difference between what we see is.

Q: My child needs 200 mg/day. Is this easy to measure out? (We put it in honey.)

Easy to measure out but check out the expiration date, I've received one of their products that had a expired dated with a sticker placed over to cover it up

Q: Is this free riboflavin or riboflavin 5 phosphate?

It will say Riboflavin-5-phosphate if it is that.
