怪我をしないような作りです
にんにく、生姜専用となりそうです。すりおろす対象物を投入するポケットがもう少し大きければと思いました。

これ出っ張った部分が反対ではないんですか、しかし反対だと取り付けられないので全く使っていません。

メイン用途は無理
一人分の弁当作りに使っています。このサイズ感で「これ一台で」と思う人はいないと思いますが、あくまでサブ、あくまで薬味用、といった感じです。表のスライサー側と裏のグレーター側になっているので、おろしをしていたらスライサーで怪我をしたといった事故は起きません。ちなみに抑えはスライサー用で、おろしには使えません。おさえは取り外し可能です。当方は少量のスライスメインです。おろしはかなり細かいので、少量を雑味少なくおいしく作りたい用途には向いていると思いますが、大量は無理。総評として、たまたまあったので使っているが、わざわざ三千円出して買うかと言われれば…という感じです。
