Good while it works. Cheap components. Terrible support. Avoid.
I had this item for just over a year, warranty expired. During the cook the motor just stopped working. Followed the cleaning instructions as per the Chefsteps website regularly, but looks like the cheap internal components have just given up. Not made to last. What a shame given how ridiculously expensive this is.
