I dont know about the mileage change but definitely the engire smoothness and pick up is change, vibration also reduces. Its a good product mainly for old car.

I have a 7 year old Ford Ecosport Petrol 1.5L 4cyl (ti vct). This product definitely reduced the engine roughness. Engine refinement has improved during idle. But I didn't notice any improvement in mileage though. May be it could have been a fraction.

I used this in my car and bike. In my bike it made little to no difference, maybe because I use other fuel additives occasionally in it.But the difference was really felt in my car. After a 100 km drive, the engine feels so much smoother at idle. There are no vibrations. Earlier the steering used to vibrate a bit when the car was idling. Looks like this additive cleaned the injectors and it's properly working now.
