I love these things
Ok, believe me when I say I have tried them all. No really, I have tried them all. Now, I'm not going to say these are the bestest, most awesomest lip balms ever like omg, they're up there in that category, but it's not the holy grail of lip balms. However, these ARE the bestest, most awesomest lip balm you can find for the price and function.First off, I don't like to spend more money than I have to. I don't like tiny trendy branded lip balms that come in the most elaborate glass packaging but actually hold like 0.05oz of product for over $15. I usually just end up not using those ones because they were so dear. That defeats the purpose. These tins, however, carry a hefty 0.8oz of product (that's a lot!) and are not unnecessarily heavy or elaborate. That means you can just chuck a tin in your bag and it doesn't leak or feel heavy. The tins are wide so you can easily scoop up the balm with your finger or brush with no hassle. Sometimes you just want to put on some lip balm, yknow, and not have to fiddle around your purse looking for a tiny pot.I also don't like fancy things in my lip balm. None of that silly mocha margarita sugar pineapple flavor, or pinks that look good on nobody, or plumping balms that feel like you just put botox on your lips or those weird new lip balms that change color according to your mood or menstrual cycle or whatever. These tins are pretty much no-nonsense, sure it's got rose and mint and strawberry but it's not overpowering. It's still, in essence, a lip balm, instead of a rose/mint/strawberry all up in your face. It does what it should do, which is to moisturize my lips with a little scent to it. That's it.Now, as a lip balm it doesn't have much staying power. But then again that's because it's a lip balm. It's easy enough to reapply if you need to, without remorse unlike the expensive little pots. Sure, it's not terribly exciting, but I find that if you layer it over a dark lip stain, it can actually bring out the color pretty well. The tins are hefty and pretty and seal tight, which is helpful because the lipbalm can kind of melt if you're in hot weather. But that's the same with other lip products. Don't leave makeup in hot weather.I gotta say these lip balms are like my comfy shoes. Not what I would wear to a fancy ball, not what I would show off but that's not its purpose. At the end of the day I just want to let my hair down and put on some moisturizing no-nonsense lip balm and let it get to work without any of the other frills. That's why I have these littered everywhere in the house and use them all the time, right next to the expensive silly ones which I never use.

Exactly as advertised
I have to admit that while I love the rosebud salve, and the minted rosebud salve, I’m really not in love with the strawberry one. However, I can use it up and I love the other 2. This is fantastic as an all purpose balm. It helps keep my lips from chapping, is great on my hands and feet, to soften them and keep from getting those horrid deep cracks that can form in dry skin in the winter. It’s even great for treating leather goods- it helps me to soften and condition my bags! A little goes an awfully long way, so thus 3 pack lasts me for about a half year.

Love Love Love these moisturizing balms - and the fact that it includes a nostalgic-type tin that's also useful!
Received product a few days ago and I absolutely love this balm! I'm addicted to having some type of moisture on my lips. I keep a chapstick or samples I receive thru Birchbox and/or Ipsy or a bag balm - just ANYTHING within arms reach, wherever I am.This balm fits the bill! And I rarely comment on presentation or packaging of a product but this one is so fun and so pretty - kind of nostalgic looking. And you get 3 separate "flavors" of lip balm inside the tin - and the tins are nice, ample sized! They very moisturizing and smoothing - and they don't dry out quickly, which for my lips is saying a lot! Provides a moisturized look, not super shiny and not really pigmented (although they all are a shade of a sort of berry or pinkish.Highly recommend and so glad I ran across this brand due to a review on Amazon! Perfect for gift-giving as well - a fun, useful product and the outside tin could be used for a number of things - like makeup brushes, pens/pencils, etc.

Great stuff!
This stuff is a lip saver! I have used chapstick daily for probably 15 years - Once or twice a day, more during the winter. Last winter the chapstick seemed to Stop working and weirdly cause a reaction which led to chapped skin above and below my lips. They were red, cracked and miserable for months and the problem finally resolved itself after quitting the chapstick and eos and burts bees and just suffering through until the spring months when my lips finally healed themselves. This winter they started instantly reacting badly to chapstick and the eos again. As soon as I put it on, my lips would burn and feel tingly. The upper skin above my lip started becoming chapped and red. I went on a hunt, found this stuff and wow! Within a few minutes my lips felt great and by the next day the skin was back to normal. I only have to use a small amount and they feel hydrated. No burning, no dryness, no redness above or below my lips. I’m in love and will be throwing all my chapsticks and eos balls away!

better to order in the winter
This is like a smoother, better Vaseline.I have dry lips often, and in general, these last SO long. I go through them often though because I'm always reapplying it, and I share them with my brother. I have one in almost every bag.But do yourself a favor, and it's just better to order these during the cooler months lmao. Mine came melted, and they're honestly so soft, I'm not that surprised. They're usable, but quite melted. These three are great scents/flavors to me. Obviously, the minted rose is quite minty, but I don't mind even if I don't really like mint. The original is the softest but doesn't smell like much. The strawberry on is my favorite scent, but not quite as moisturizing but still last a long time on my lips.In terms of stiffness, it goes from the Strawberry (almost a little too stiff when it's cooler), Minted Rose, Original. This is also a great deal if you can find it around $15. It's similarly priced to Ulta. I've bought this pack 3 times and I barely use any of my other lip balms. It is less convenient, as you do have to open a tin can, and I don't love having to dip my finger in, but this balm can last you all night and all day.
