Better than the old chapstick
Much creamier than I remembered, so it felt like it really moisturized well. It was a great buy, too compared to some of the other options.

Not what it seems.
First time i got this it "pack of 12" it came with one chapstick...and the price is kinda high as it is...so I returned/exchanged..amazon reordered for me and got today with only 1 again...seriously...very disappointing..I would have rated ZERO

A friend recommended this to me after I was struggling with REALLY BAD chapped lips for almost three weeks, since the EOS bran I was using was doing absolutely nothing for me. It seriously made a world of difference. It took like three days to “heal” completely but even after the first use my lips felt bareable. 10/10 buying forever now.
