THIS WEIGHTED VEST IS WORN LIKE A SHOULDERS HARNESS. iT CLIPS ON IN THE FRONT. THE WEIGHTSARE IN FRONT OF SHOULDERS AND IN THE BACK BETWEEN THE SHOULDER BLADES. IT NOT ONLY PROVIDESMORE USE OF MUSCLES BUT IT ALSO WORKS AS A POSTURE CORRECTOR, IN THAT, THE WEIGHTS INFRONT OF SHOULDERS PULL THE SHOULDERS BACK .

Excellent Product
After using almost every day for the past two weeks on my morning walk, I'm very pleased with the quality, comfort, and performance of this weighted vest. The design not too bulky and leaves most of my torso free and uncovered so it doesn't feel excessively hot or cumbersome to wear over my tank or tshirt. Perfect for my needs!

High quality vest but expensive.
I have been using this vest since 2019 and have experienced its pros and cons in its entirety. I primarily use this in my home gym doing weighted pullups.Pros:- simple fitting vest- fits snug with good quality build- very beneficial to workoutsCons:- The fabric can be easily torn- expensive compared to alternativeI bought this for $50 in 2019 and it is now $84.Despite the repairs I have done to the fabric it is a solid five star vest but lowered to four stars due to price.

Just what I needed to add to my walking routine. Very comfortable on the shoulders, just need to remember not to slouch and keep my shoulders back. You only need 10% of your body weight.

Comfortable but smelly
First time purchasing a weighted vest. I got the 6lb intrigued by potential peri and menopausal bone density benefits.Pros: just right in terms of weight for a beginner. I’ll likely purchase the 8lb or 10lb in the future. I take1hour walks and find it tires me a tad more. The vest also helps with posture.Con: the vest has a strong chemical odor which is off putting. I let it air dry for an entire day and wasn’t enough.
