Hi All I am Japanese and I translated the information from the company website in Japan as the fonts on the bottle are very small. I hope it helps. Tranexamic acid, Vitamin C Phosphate Mg, coix seed extract, Hydrolysed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium hyaluronate 2, Vitamin E, Coix Lacryma-Jobi Ma-yuen Seed Ferment Filtrate fragrance free, colour free, paraffinum liquidum free, ethanol free Paraben free

Q: Is this the old formulation with arbutin or the new one with tranexamix acid?

There are two different types of Rotho Hada Lobo Medicated whitening lotion. The first type is on the packaging saying Premium is with Tranexamic acid. The other one is with Arbutin. Nor sure whether this is in the old ingredients or not. Hope this helps.

Of course, you can. This doesn't change your skin colour, but it makes skin tone even. I use this for avoiding pigment stains on my face when my sun tan starts to fade away in autumn.

This is liquid like refreshing toner. I mean it is ''watery''. After washing my face, I put it on my face directly to my skin by hand. If you feel skin a little dry especially in winter , I add refresh lotion, something like L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Smoothing & Anti Fatigue Vitamin C Refreshing Toner. Then I add day/ night Cream on them. Also you can make up as usual after applying this.
