Great price (I paid 19.99), and exactly what I needed to get started on a small but intricate project. The instructions are clear and everything works fine.

came fast and very well packaged and didn't burn my fingers at all while I used it. I have learned though, if you pull the pen towards you while woodburning it doesn't tire out your fingers as fast and you don't have to grip the pen very tight either. Definately a happy customer :)

Despite the description, this is not a toy. I bought this for my husband to do wood burning projects. They work really well for that. Only downside is the bark on the edges flakes off when touched. The size of the wood is hard to determine based on the vague measurements and I honestly thought the wood would be larger than it was. It worked out for the project he was doing but we were still slightly disappointed upon arrival. Again, this is not a toy so I don't know why it's labeled as one.

Includes everything you need. Does contain one large sheet of transfer(graphite) paper. The transfer paper is folded up in between the two wooden plaques. Considering the amount of careful tracing involved there is some work to this.I'm not sure why this is marketed as a toy because even the product itself says that its not a toy. This is very much for kids at least 13 and up. There's a certain amount of paying attention necessary so you don't burn yourself on accident; and you need some dexterity to get a nice result.Overall though I'd say that I'm personally very happy with this product. I'm having allot of fun with it.

I liked the fact that I could easily transfer a image to the wood and then woodburn the image for the base. Then shade in lighter shades and darker. Currently working on my dogs picture and my brothers dogs. Great product.
