Q: The pillow looks good,but wear this j-pillow can also take my cowin e7( https://www.amazon.com/dp/b019u00d7k ) headphones mody, will be comfortable?

I haven't used the Cowin headphones, but I did use this pillow with my Sony MDR-1000X headphones which look to be of similar size, and it was still very comfortable.

Q: Is this pillow too thick in back resulting in pushing the head firward.

It was definitely too thick for an airplane seat. However, I turned mine around so the opening/clasp was in the back, and it was perfect. I could put my head back comfortably and it prevented my head from drooping forward.

Bose 15 and pillow are no problem. Over 20K miles with both. Very comfortable.
