dose this realy work. how good is it on patio slabs. i am disabled so i need something easy thankyou

Hi June, It really does depend how dirty your slabs are and what you are trying to get off, general dirt fine, oily spills needs more welly. I too suffer from a disability but with the pressure washer it wasn't too onerous. However if you are using with a hand broom/brush it does get very soapy and tiring. Good Luck

Does this product come with a suction hose

There is a detergent suction hose with sieve.

Would this remove old patio sealant?

I do not know and do not believe so. It will remove algae and dirt. When I moved into my property the stones thick with dead b;ack algae and the stone cleaner removed together with my Karcher7 removed it all. The best way is to spray the solution onto the stone, then leave for about 5 minutes then rinse off. I really works extremely well
