If you like spicy, this is a MUST try!!!! I put them in olive oil to roast them and then add them to my morning eggs, when I make chicken curry....

So the medium isn’t as hot as I thought it would be but that’s ok.. I’m still experimenting on how much I can use in homemade hot chili oil without my face melting off from the heat.. The medium is mild in terms of heat but I also didn’t use more than 1/4 cup.. everyone’s heat level is different so adjust accordingly..It was definitely fresh tasting for the price.. I thought at 1st price is steep compared to others however I know why..It has a nice fresh taste It and not old and stale tasting..It comes with a recipe in a separate bag..This made a huge taste difference in this newer batch of hot chili oil..

Arrived as expected. Dried and vacuumed sealed. Grind a few dozen very fine, add good olive oil, wait 2weeks and you will have a great hot oil mix that will add flavor to any dish.

We really love these peppers, we make a couple Sichuan dishes that require a tremendous amount of peppers (Chong qing style), and these have good flavor and heat and are sold in enough bulk that you can make quite a few dishes out of them.
