I bought this puzzle instantly when I saw it pop up on Amazon. This is my kind of puzzle, great colors, and complex pattern. I have been incredibly pleased with my experience with this brand and have been working my way through their new releases. This is a real favorite with the wonderful and interesting piece shapes (check out my photo), fabulous colors and patterns, and nice piece thickness. I included photos that show off the pieces. You can see that there is a wide range of sizes to the pieces. I showed some of the smallest and largest pieces for the puzzle so you will have an idea of what to expect. The pieces hold together very well and pieces only fit in one place so you can be certain that if it fits, you aren't going to be moving it around later. This brand has a letter system on the back for beginner puzzlers. This helps with sorting. I typically ignore this and sort by color and pattern as I would with any puzzle but it's a great feature for those who want the extra help. This puzzle is moderately challenging but I imagine it would be a lot easier if sorted using the letters as then you are essentially working six subsections of the puzzle (about 166 pcs per letter). I highly recommend this one. It's beautiful enough that I know I will work this one over and over again.

I purchased this with the intention of putting it together and hanging it up in my study. I thought "What a fun project for the wife and me!"I was not ready.I am a puzzle noob. This is not a puzzle for noobs.Update:Completed. Totally fun. I'm now a "puzzle guy." Quality pieces, no dust, hard as heck! Only bummer was one missing piece. I'm currently trying to contact the seller to see if I can get the missing piece. I'm hoping to frame this one.It is very well constructed, the pieces fit together (the one's I've managed anyway) and it is so very complex. Very complex. Good luck. Quite a challenge!Update:Seller responded within 24 hours and offered a full refund so I could purchase another copy and get the missing piece. Thank you!

The bright distinct colors were my favorite part of the puzzle. With the letters on puzzle backing to help sort to areas when turning up the puzzle made it much easier to assemble but those can easily be ignored for those who like more of a challenge. The repeating pattern is fun but since it was always with different colors it did not seem repetitive. Random shape puzzle pieces that were easy to tell when the piece belonged in that spot. Because the edge had an attractive narrow border it was easy to tell which pieces belonged in the border which is not always the case with random shape pieces. Good quality pieces, a few were not completely separated but could easily be separated without damaging pieces. All around, good entertainment value for the price.

This is a super hard puzzle. I wouldn’t even attemp it if the letters weren’t on the back of the pieces. What a good idea that is. I did the round bloomin’ puzzle. That has been my favorite puzzle ever. It was beautiful. I start out by separating the pieces. This Skyscrapers puzzle has letters A-F. I make piles of each letter and put them in baggies. Then do one letter at a time. This will take a lot longer to finish than the round Bloomin’ puzzle but I am enjoying it. The round one I could not stay away from. I wanted to work on it every spare minute I had. And it went very fast. It was very unusual and fun. I am not drawn to this one as much. The colors are muted. It will take twice as long to finish this one. But it is a great puzzle and will keep me busy for quite a while. If you are one to love a challenge work this one without using the letters on the back. And good luck!

I loved doing this puzzle. The pieces fit easily together and the picture detail was very clear. It was for me a medium difficult puzzle to put together which is what I like. If they are too easy then I finish them too quickly and I enjoy finding puzzles that take a while to assemble without being too frustrating. I would have given it 5 stars but since it had 5 duplicate pieces and 5 missing pieces I gave it 4 stars. If I wanted to frame it I would have been disappointed. But I would recommend this puzzle except for the quality control.

This was a great puzzle to put together. I am glad that I read some of the reviews as well as the full description on Amazon as this is the first time I had ever done a puzzle with letters on the back, and they were so helpful or I would be nowhere finished. The first thing I did was separate the pieces into six bags by letter identification (Picture 1) and in the process of doing this, I found almost all of the edge pieces (Picture 2.) The puzzle was delivered by UPS the day after I ordered it, which was so great, and I started working on it immediately. That was Wednesday, July 1, and I finished it shortly after lunchtime on Friday, July 3! I don’t usually just work on a puzzle doing nothing else, but I’ve been staying with my 95 year-old mother while her caregivers, my sister an brother-in-law, are on vacation and I haven’t had much else to do. I took advantage of this free time to do something I usually only do during the winter months. Another helpful thing about the letters, in addition to dividing the puzzle into six distinct sections, was that I could also “cheat” and look on the back to see which direction the piece should go...sometimes it was really hard to know otherwise. I enjoyed this puzzle

I buy as many of this puzzle maker's works as I can. They are affordable and fun. This is the first square one I've done by them. All are challenging. The Brain Game series. definitely help my aging memory and recall. Better than drugs!

This puzzle was very challenging but one we are keeping to do again at some point. Here's a helpful hint.....after you do the border, the best way to do this is to sort the puzzle pieces by the letter on the back. Then work on a section with the picture nearby and you'll make progress.
