Transformational Leadership 2nd Edition

Book was required assigned readings for my graduate program in leadership. Appreciated how the author gave depth to how to read a real life scenario and analyzed a remedy. My professor at the time also engage us in conversation in how we (my classmates and I) can interpreted the situation

I got this book to write a final paper for school. It is a good resource that contains a lot of information on Transformational Leadership. I ended up reading the book beyond what I needed. This is definitely worth a read.

An easy read that identifies the key characteristic of transformational leaders (as well as transactional and pseudo-transformational leaders). This book puts some "social science" around the information that most of us have "gut feelings" about anyway. Those looking to improve their leadership skills will benefit from this book. The real shame is that those managers and supervisors who generally "suck" and are happy with mediocrity probably won't pick the book up, much less read it.

I have been a fan of leadership ideas for many. In my career myself and others have always known what works best. Bass & Riggio very carefully adds definition and supportive research behind every aspect of Full Range Leadership. It can get no better than this.

It is a great book for management majors. My majoring is management and I use this book for my leadership paper. I recommend to eveyone who interested in transformational and transactional leadership style.

First chapter is great, most of the rest is a dry read. I'm using this as a required textbook in my graduat class.

This book is a great tool for understanding Transformational leadership!! This is what you need if you were to write a paper on the subject! It's also a great addition to your collection for personal growth
