This is one of the best flat irons I have ever purchased. I used to swear by the Chi but I branched out and purchased this one. It light weight, durable and doesn't pull my hair. It straightens so well! My best friend used it at my house and loves it so much that she purchased one herself.

My uses this everyday. She goes through one every couple of years. This one seems to be of good quality and works well. No complaints so far.

Heats to 410 quickly. Auto shut off. Works great on thick corse hair. Daughters and I all love.

I will never buy another brand of hair straightener! This one is my favorite, it doesn't pull my hair like some others, straightens with one pass, and these last forever, I had my last one for over 5 years! Definitely recommend

The Paul Mitchell flat iron I had, I had for many years. This one is very similar. The only complaint I would have to say about it is it does randomly pull my hair my other one never did.
