Tried these and voila. They work great. I used a heat gun on low and that's enough.
Works as I had hoped for...previously I tried connecting a two wire lamp cord by twisting the many small strands and then carefully wrapping in black electrical tape but it would easily flicker and then disconnect. Tried these and voila. They work great. I used a heat gun on low and that's enough.

Great quantity for the price. Some of the connectors are smaller on one side than the other, but don’t affect it much. Still works as intended!

not something to keep in pickup, but work well.
cant keep them in toolbox of pickup if your summers get warm. tight fit getting pre-shrunk connectors on wires, but it can be done.
