Must have!! I used to be really moody for 30 plus years. I take one a day with Female Balance and bump up to 2 a day when my monthly visitor comes. Takes away the moodiness completely!

Helpful Supplement
I've used this for years, taking one month breaks twice a year. I ordered it here because the price was good as small stores in my area either don't carry it or carry it and jack the price up to a ridiculous amount. I take it with food and notice the 'spike' in my mood and energy about a week and a half later. Gotta take it every day if you want it to work! :-)
