What is the difference between the restaurant blend and the regular coffee and chicory blend?

Restaurant blend:Coffee and Chicory- (Medium-Dark Roast) This French Market Coffee has a blend of exotic coffee beans that are roasted and blended with the finest imported French chicory.French Market Medium-Dark Roast coffee and chicory is not as bold as the french market dark roast blend. Compared to the Restaurant blend the medium- dark roast has a classic New Orleans blend of coffee & French chicory. It doesn't use the exotic coffee beans.

How long is the expiry date after purchase?

the bottom of the can shows the best before date. it is at least one year out.this is by far my favorite coffee. it is all i drink at home.

Is this coffee packed in real metal cans?

The can is metal with a pull top seal, covered by white plastic. There was a change in the packaging, I don't know how many years back but since I've been buying it. You used to have to open with a can opener. It is still very good coffee. Hope that helps.

Is the grind coarse or fine?

It's too fine - about 1/3 of the can is fine enough to either clog a paper filter or go through a mesh filter, which is clogging up my coffee maker and causing it to overflow. Please make the grind courser.
