Definitely small. Somehow these corsets run super small. The second corset I bought in size M (34) is still a bit small for me but I'm not gonna return it. I hope this helps ❤️

Yes it's ok to wear it when you workout I put on a spaghetti strap shirt underneath first then I put on my waist trainer but u don't have to it won't get damaged with sweat

Based on "size chart" (waist/hip measurement), I am an XXL 40. Based on chart on package (weight/height) I am a M 34. The 40 fit & I couldn't imagine fitting into the M until I wore the 40 just two days. The material "stretched out" and no longer hugged my body. Order the size for weight/height but realize it will be very difficult to put on at first.

Hi, by "your measures and waist" (5'6ft and waist 32 inch), if you weight is between 130-149, then size M, if your weight is 150-169, then L, for 170-189, then XL.
