Incredible
I was looking for a taller tripod as my current one is only 58" tall without the head. It does have a center column, but I prefer one without the column. Weight is definitely a factor and so CF is the only material I considered. I was ready to pay for a sturdy but light weight tripod.I bought an Artcise ball head years ago to replace a Sirui head and found it to be extremely good. So I looked into Artcise tripods along with other brands including Benro, Sirui, FLM, Leofoto, Manfrotto, Feisol. After many reviews, I was really interested in the Artcise AS80C. Then I found out Artcise and Innorel models are almost identical, including their Ads. Since I already have a leveling head, I am not interested in getting a leveling bowl. So, long story short, I opted for the Innorel RT80C. I know the Artcise AS80C has 10 layers CF vs 8 layers for RT80C. The fact that the leg diameters are much bigger than my current CF tripod, which is also 8 layer. I decided to give this Innorel RT80C a chance. It arrived quickly. I am writing this review after my initial 2-week regular use.It has exceeded my expectations. To call it a steal is an understatement when factoring in the cost. It is taller than me (6' 0") without the head. Installing the leveling base and ball head, it is just tall. It is very sturdy. I replaced the rubber feet with the supplied steel spikes. I have absolutely no issue with stability even when fully extended. The leg angle locks are spring loaded, which is only found in more expensive brands, comes in very handy.Cons it does have some. The spikes don't come with rubber boots. The legs are not very smooth, which I hope will improve over time. Only two of the legs have foam cover. None of these is a deal breaker.Overall, highly recommended.

Half ball is poorly made
I was surprised that this was as light as it is. It is super beefy with those 40mm top sections. And it's tall, no need for a center column. That gives it a very wide footprint. The half ball for the bowl leveler is horribly made. It’s a cast piece with no polishing nor machining after casting. Trying to make fine adjustments is nearly impossible. The mating surface is rough and it grabs and sticks in the bowl. I had to lap it in to the bowl with valve grinding compound. After 20 minutes of elbow grease, I got it smooth enough to work nicely. The bowl itself is machined nicely so no problem with that half of the equation. The bowl leveler doesn't have a bubble level so you need a way to get it level, and you want to do that with your choice of head attached. The tripod leg assembly itself has a level for when you don't use the bowl leveler. That's when you use the leg adjustment method to get level. The whole point of the bowl leveler is to obviate that. So you can use something like this: https://www.amazon.com/FITTEST-Precision-Tripod-Offset-Bubble/dp/B072XDJJFF/ref=sr_1_10?crid=27FWJSLMN5G20&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.1UhA5JDSpy3kdyAyuYWoxzQlN5aUtkH7J5zyb2A5PRjqW1-2uInLRnJOjdpxJzYK1ntdqfcCkCxOmhf0O2mxXA-Ufgt75M1FSIeKKZJe20UAvZuzhC7-jXNZ2iFm3n8H1V21sZ6FHTPlSgRAFbDnQRqC-ry_HuS6S14RGl3OUFlDXP68kRG9Cnf8pyyRfeT4NmXOXOekPYNpojPBdb5LQjdtO3B42y43UZ-J9AThmPA.Vl2QX3YqKUwUx6YvV-QiP5iH8gzF98aJU9R-1g4qYww&dib_tag=se&keywords=camera+bubble+level+plate&qid=1711569307&sprefix=camera+bubble+level+plate%2Caps%2C117&sr=8-10I prefer lever locks for the legs, but these twist locks are solid. As is this tripod, solid as a rock! Can you backpack it on a long hike? Yeah, if you are rugged. But you might want something lighter for that duty. If you are going to lug this around town or in a studio it's no problem. Other reviewers have commented that the 36 mm and 32 mm versions of this tripod are quite sturdy as well. And they are lighter. My plan for this is to put my Wimberley gimbal on it, I think it will be superb. But don’t expect the bowl leveler to function out of the box. You can get this tripod without it, and use a separate leveler to spare yourself the headache of lapping it in with grinding compound. Or, just toss it. This tripod is a ridiculous value for money, despite the half ball issue. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Just get the one without the half ball if you don’t care to polish it.

Lightweight and great for travel
I bought this at the last minute before the 2024 eclipse. Was able to fit it in my checked luggage for a flight to Texas. Very quick to setup and teardown. Bag has a little extra room if you want to use it to carry other stuff. Was stable enough for short (under 1 second) photography, but have not tried it out for very long exposures yet. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

Surprisingly good for the price.
This is a nice, solid, well made tripod capable of supporting long lenses with FF bodies. I bought it as a spare to take on a tour I'm leading to Ecuador, but may wind up using it as my primary tripod. It's a little less burly than my similar size Sirui, but extends a bit higher. The carbon looks similar to Sirui's, but the head casting is a bit lighter. There are 2 leg angle positions and it could use a 3rd, but that's a minor point. The 3/8" stud you screw a head onto is a couple millimeters too long and isn't adjustable, so I had to cut a gasket out of cork to get my ball head to seat properly, but this seems to be a common issue with a lot of brands - I've had Gitzos and Feisols with the same minor problem. Overall, I'd put this tripod in the bottom of the same tier as Sirui and Feisol (these two being being a bit better built all around than the Innorel), and put all of these solidly in the tier below Gitzo. If you're on a budget and need a large, solid tripod, this one's hard to beat.

GOOD TRIPOD
This is a great tripod for the price. I have other tripods costing 4 times as much, and this tripod compares very favorably. There is one problem, that is the bowl adapter does not have set screws to prevent a fluid video head with camera and lens from turning on the adapter when moving from one location to another. I corrected this by drilling and taping 3-6/32 set screws in the adapter head. If you do not have equipment to do this and have a similar problem, other adapters with set screws are available at reasonable cost.
