Good lock
Really solid lock with a great warranty program. Can be a little difficult to lock, but I probably just need to get used to it.

received a used product, ripped box with packing tape and tape on plastic on keys/screws
tape all over the packaging and plastic that keys and screws came in, i did register it online for both theft and key and paid the reg fee, i just hope someone else didnt as well, and later if anything happens i dont get turned down because of the product being used. yes it had a LPN barcode, package tape wraped in 4 places, and ripped carboard

Great lock
This lock has worked great. It is very heavy for it's size, but sturdy.

Great bike lock.
I got this as we got two new electric bikes (love)...and occasionally want to stop for lunch or a bathroom break and needed a way to secure them. This is a great lock for that purpose. They make a more expensive version, but this is just what we need.
