I've had this little lamp for 9 months now. And I love it so much. I'm getting another one - super cute. And the three different settings are really nice. The pattern on the wall is beautiful.

I absolutely love this lamp and the forest cast it gives. The only I issue I have with the seller/manufacturer of this lamp is their inability to be factual about the dimmable LED bulb situation. You can MOST CERTAINLY use a dimmable LED bulb in this lamp and it will NOT affect the touch base mechanism, nor will you need to turn off the lamp by unplugging it. You will need to get a B10 candalabra base LED dimmable bulb, I had to order off of Amazon as there were no places near me that carried the amber colored bulb, but for those who wish to switch, you most certainly can. Don't let the seller lie to you on this or yank your chain.

I thought they were using incandescent bulbs out of some desire to control costs, but it isn't so. I tried replacing the bulb with a dimmable LED variant... and it ruined the shadow effect! LED bulbs all seem to have these long, upright glowing elements. Because of this, the light comes from a diffuse source, defeating the purpose of the shade (to cast sharp shadows.) Whatever shadow would've been cast by any given element of the lampshade, will be illuminated anyway, because light is coming from a diffuse source. The incandescent (tungsten) bulbs included have one horizontal filament instead of several upright filaments, so they act more similar to a point source, and you do get the sharply-defined shadows. If I can manage to find a dimmable LED candelabra bulb that just has a single, horizontal glowing element, it should work about the same... but until I find that, I'll keep using the incandescents. It's an unfortunate lapse in the LED bulb market, and whoever fills it will have my business!

I like it, only improvement would be to have the pattern across the top of the lamp instead of a big hole. It's very bright here in a 300 sq ft studio -- or actually smaller since the bathroom is the only other room and is out of view from the rest of the space. I like the effect it has. Would be even nicer to have the effect on the ceiling too. Maybe I can make that somehow? It's a sturdy little thing too, perfect size for where I wanted to put it. I'm glad that it's taller than my dog's urn too, so it can sit right behind the urn.

I love these lamps. I bought two of them last year. Recently one of them doesn’t work right. It won’t turn off, and if there is a bulb in it it gets hot really fast. I bought these for a lot less last year so won’t buy it now. Was worth the past price put not the current price. They are pretty, and look great in my gothic/witchy bedroom

This was a nice lamp for the most part. Pretty sturdy and easy to use and install and it even came with an extra lightbulb. It was dim but also enough light for my late night feedings with my son.. the dimming options and everything worked the way it should..only downside is around the 6-8 month period of using it every night my son decided he wanted to try to turn it off and was almost severely zapped. I'm talking there was a very visible bright arch that came from the lamp and out towards him. We stopped using it after that.

I got this for my guest bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised that the shade is metal. It comes with the bulb, and it's not super bright on the highest setting. It has 3 levels of brightness. The touch control goes up the entire stem, which is great. Overall a great little lamp that projects a cool image when used.
