For fans of the Skin-Type Solution
A great way to learn and understand the skin from a medical standpoint without having any medical training. Especially valuable for dermatology nurses and estheticians!

The inside of the book was fine but the outside looked like it had been on the floor of a school bus for a week. All corners rounded off and major scratches and scuffs. Sand or dirt inside the packaging had to be dusted off then the outside had to be washed.

Less in depth than expected...
I found that this was a concise but helpful book for the novice. Not sure if there is anything similar out there but a good brief general review. I am a new provider in the cosmetic dermatology field so perhaps I had unrealistic expectations.

An excellent book
A comprehensive book for the dermatologist to keep , read and re read as needed. Some of the ideas are probably not that scientific but then a lot in medicine isn't -

my professional 'bible'
Great book to have for reference. Drawback is that it's American. Is there an British equivalent? I 'dip' in and out and like to have it around as it looks professional.
