After reading reviews on how budge-proof this is, I was excited to try. My eyes water a fair bit and I’ve never used a liner that truly stayed put all day. This sounded perfect—and cost effective!Well, this bad boy did *not* fit the bill. My corners always smudge, the watering eyes still disintegrate the liner, and by the end of a few hours it does not look remotely fresh, not even respectable. I always use eye primer and setting spray but it makes no difference—I always look like I’ve been crying in the bathroom with my girlfriends at a bar by the end of hour four or five.Would not be likely to repurchase or recommend. The search continues...

I have tried practically every other major brand of eyeliner but nothing has been more smudge or water proof than this one. It lasts twice as long and works so well I have to practically scrub with my makeup wipes to get it off at the end of the day. It also holds up to the Texas summer heat amazingly!
