Ibsen is great at delving deeply into the characters he writes
As with all theatrical plays, they are not meant to just be read, but preformed. Enemy Of the People" is a timeless story of mistrust of the ity fathers on plans that are not as proposed. Now one whistle blower ruins everyones greedy desires and is forced out of town. Ibsen is great at delving deeply into the characters he writes.Reading Ibsen is worthwhile, watching a performance if his works is even more rewarding
