I had a very low folate level and my Dr actually recommended this brand since the prescription was so expensive. It has worked and my levels are almost normal after a few months. Talk to your Dr before using as with all suppliments. I've had no side effects and it has no flavor.

I've taken vitamins nearly all my life -- I remember taking children's vitamins as early as age 6 and I'm currently in my sixth decade. When it comes to health I listen to my son's advice as he's always been very health conscious. He asked me what kind of vitamins I took (as he's never known a time when I didn't) and I told him I'd recently changed over to a brand made here in the USA. I sent him a copy of the label and the next time we talked he said he was really happy to see that I was taking methylated vitamins as they are better absorbed by our bodies - hence, serving the purpose for which we take them.
