Great for muscle spasms and cramps!
A naturopathic doctor told me to use these trace mineral drops for muscle spasms and cramps. Itโs very easy to use and works quickly to relieve my muscle issues. I use about a dropper full and hold it under my tongue for 20-30 seconds before I swallow. The taste is slightly bitter, but not bad at all. It recommends mixing with water, but I prefer under my tongue for faster results. I highly recommend this product.

My body loves this stuff
I love this product, it's super clean and from what I understand easily absorbable by the body. Doesn't really taste like anything. I often feel a little surge of energy when I take a full dose in the morning with water.
