Build to Last

I've been in NWM for three years. I kept hearing about this book and on a new leadership conference, I pulled the trigger on the way home.Positioning myself as the LEADER is something that I have had a block around for a long time. I love in Build to Last that you will learn to position yourself as the leader and the importance breathing belief into those that have VISION. I've started asking on the interview call for the new distributor to tell me what their best life looks like. I do that again once they sign up and get through their 1:1 with me!I have implemented requiring foot work up front from a new distributor, so they know that they have to work to earn that 1:1 time. I no longer plug people into my business mentorship without them doing the work to get into that group.They know that they are to go in and announce themselves.I have been utilizing the extra resources included with the book! They are tools that will EASILY separate who are your runners and who are the ones that will talk the talk. I say this because this weekend I had four new distributors complete the entire checklist with no complaints (I even added in including their list of 50 people). They TEXT me only once they're done for a 1:1 along with their list of questions!Last month, in my business, I had SEVEN people in my downline in Success Club; five of which were in what my company calls Success Club 10. We rank advanced three coaches and the momentum is carrying on into this month!I know this is a big statement, but this book has changed the ENTIRE way that I look at my business and who I spend time with... I remind myself, I don't need them, they need me.Thank you Keith! The queen has been crowned!

Since become an online health & wellness coach a few months ago, I have struggled at times with having belief in myself. I've wondered if I could be successful in this business, and "is it even worth it...". Personal development has been a game changer for me, and I have to say -- this book is 100% my favorite personal development book that I've read thus far. It truly roadmaps how to be an effective leader, which is so huge in building a business that lasts! I now have this INSANE amount of belief in myself, thanks to Keith and this book. My coach has even mentioned how she has seen a crazy mindset shift in me, and it's since I started reading this book. I have never been a book lover, or a "reader", and I found myself getting lost in this book and wanting to read it for longer periods of time than I have ever devoted to reading. I finished this book faster than any other book I've ever read -- and honestly, I can't wait to read it over again!If you are building a business and plan to read this book (which, um duh, you definitely should be planning that) BRING A PEN & PAPER!!! You are going to want to take notes <3Thank you, Keith! You are an inspiration!

If you are thinking about buying this book, stop thinking about it and GET IT! I literally consumed it in just a few days, so much good stuff!A few months ago, I was introduced to networks marketing and even though I got into it right away, I couldn’t fully understand the magnitude of the business opportunity and how to even begin to establish a well structured organization. That is until I read Keith Callahan’s “Built to last”.Even though this is not a how-to for network marketing, Keith breaks down his proven tools for success in a way that makes it understandable, logical and easy to follow, even for a beginner like me.One of the things I love the most about this book is the ACTION STEPS found at the end of each chapter. Personal development is useless to grow a successful business, unless you start implementing what you learn IMMEDIATELY. This book allows for that. Also, Keith shares amazing tools on his website that have been very useful to start my business right.I don’t have a large organization yet, but now I have the tools and above all the mindset to build one, thanks to everything I learned from this book.Thank you Keith, I know I’ll keep going back to this book for references as my business grows.

If you are working hard, and you have a vision for what your network marketing business could be, but are not seeing the results you want (YET), read this book! It will give you a new perspective. I've had moderate success in my business over the past few years, and I've read many MANY books on the topic. But this is something completely different. I couldn't put it down! I received an advance digital copy, and then ordered a paperback copy as well, so I could re-read it and take more notes. I plan to refer back to it often.Build to Last outlines a clear plan so you can grow as a leader of leaders and make your business more rewarding, fun, sustainable and successful. Keith lays out a step-by-step process to build your team with the right mindset, boundaries and intention. He provides downloads so you can implement his exact methods right away. The approach is clear, thoughtful, and strategic. And it's not just theory - it's taken directly from his own real-life experience. (I am in the same organization as Keith, and I can vouch for his success and the lifestyle he has built.)This is a game-changer for anyone who is looking to take their network marketing business to the next level.

This book (as well as Keith’s Facebook Live Show) embodies everything that most network marketing companies are failing to relay to their distributors today.I’ve been a fan of Keith’s for a while now (not really sure how I found him) but he really caught my attention when I found out that he currently recruits less than half of my monthly numbers, is not in our company’s “Top 10”, is rarely (if ever) publicly recognized by our corporate office, oh... and earns more per week than I in his business than I did in all of last year!I was SO excited when I found out he wrote a book explaining how he does it, and it’s literally a game changer! I’m so excited to see the differences this book (and Keith’s videos) make in my business this year and will definitely be writing another review with an update on my business growth!

I find one read wasn't enough for me. This is a book to study if you are in the network marketing business.I'm currently going through it once a week every week.I am considering buying it in bulk for my team.

I have read a TON of personal development books over the years, and this was such an enjoyable, quick, but value-packed read. I LOVE it and have already recommended it to many of my friends in NWM. My biggest takeaway?? "Who do you need to become in order to achieve what you want?" SO FLIPPIN GOOD!! Well done, Keith!!

I first listened to Keith’s podcasts and found them to be very helpful in getting my mind right when it came to billing my business.So when I saw he was releasing a book, I made it an absolute priority to read it!Keith speaks and writes in an interesting engaging manner which makes you want to read on. I usually find *some* books of this type quite dull, however this is a page turner!If you’re already a successful business person or somebody just starting off on your journey-I highly recommend this book.
