NYX Professional Makeup Soft Matte Lip Cream, Creamy and Matte Finish, Highly Pigmented Colour, Long Lasting, Vegan Formula, Shade: Transylvania

Has always been a favourite for everyday use. Repurchased because I finished my old one.+ glides on like a cream+ dries matte+ long lasting+ doesn’t dry lips to the point where they crack* shown with no makeup - excuse my acne patches

The colours inside were different than advertised and the packaging. The quality is bad, lipstick stays on the lips for 15 minutes maximum, very uneven apply. I suspect them of being old if it really is original NYX lipsticks but that doesnt explain the different colours in the actual lipstick. I ordered Monte Carlos(very uneven apply and light red) and Zurich(the colour inside was very light bright pink). The lips dry and look crusty. Do not recommend!

The photo doesn’t reproduce the colour of this terribly well ... in reality, if you look at the photo of Madrid, that is what this colour comes out like ... a more blue-based dark pink than it appears in it’s own photo. As I’m more of an `eyes’ gal I don’t go for vivid lipsticks, preferring a natural look for lips. If I apply this straight from the tube the effect is way, way too dense and flat, making my lips appear thin ... the opposite of what I’m trying to do!!! But I have a creamy lip balm in a pot and by mixing a tiny bit of this (it’s highly pigmented) with the balm, I’ve achieved a colour that I’m happy with; something altogether more sheer and glossy. I use a lip liner and fill in with the coloured balm, using a brush, and like the effect very much. If you’re looking for a more coral-based tone you’d need to select another shade.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful!! I am so very happy with this product and it has met my expectations in every way. I have been wanting the nyx matte lip creams for months but have never got round to purchasing so when I finally decided to purchase one, you can imagine how excited I was when it came!The cream is velvety smooth and glides onto the lips like a dream. The colour is opaque in one coat and it really is a gorgeous pink colour. One thing I would recommend is going on YouTube and viewing a lip swatch video when deciding which colour you would like as the colour of the lip cream is different to the colour of the tube you see on the photos.The cream dries down to a matte finish but it isn't like a liquid lipsticks, I don't find it uncomfortable to wear, it isn't massively drying like liquid lipstick and unfortunately, doesn't stay in place quite as well. However, it does stay put for a pretty decent amount of time.I'm really happy with my purchase and am so glad that I wasn't disappointed as I had been wanting it for so long! I will definitely be purchasing a lot of the other colours once pay day falls! I really like the look of London and Antwerp.P.s I have added a photo of me wearing the lippie to help you determine the actual colour against that of the tube. Please excuse the dodgy pose!

Love these lip creams. You can can a really good lip line without a pencil and really good staying power. Especially important when wearing a mask. I watched a great YouTube video of someone trying all the colours from a 20 box set and subsequently purchased Sao Paulo (pinky red), Istanbul (light pink), Amsterdam (Red), Antwerp (pinky red), Stockholm (nude). I also wanted Ibiza or Morocco which are corally reds, Milan, a darker holiday pink and San Juan, a coral orange but wasn't able to find these. I just pop some gloss on top if I want a more glossy look but this impacts the staying power.

I have this in several shades, I was going to do swatches as I found it difficult finding a good representation of the shades online, but haven't go round to it! I initially bought this in Cannes thinking it was a neutral colour, but it's was a more hot pink I think. Stockholm in some pictures looks like a pastel 90s baby pink, but it is a really natural looking colour, perfect for your everyday wear. Abu Dhabi is similar but slightly more brownish. It has a nice matte finish, but does transfer, but what lip colour doesn't? It fades naturally as well, unlike some transfer proof matte lipsticks that like pill off. It doesn't feel heavy on my lips either, overall, I like this lip cream and would recommend! Now just need to find an opportunity to wear it where it's not covered up by a mask!

Got this at half price during a sale - very worth it, though I am not sure I would pay full price for it. It's soft and easy to apply (with just enough give in the applicator). The color is beautiful and I think it would work well on both cooler and warmer skin tones. It doesn't last for very long but it fades into a nice, natural kind of tint, and it is easily blendable - which is something I look for in a lipstick more than actual longevity. Overall, I'm really enjoying it.

AMAZING COLOUR oh my goodness i am literally in lipstick heaven! only downside is that it dries out your lips slightly but that can be expected for a liquid matte colour. It smells amazing? i didn't think that would be important but oh god it smells good. the colour is perf as i am white with quite dark lips, so this is just above my natural colour which means that it stands out but isnt too bright and wow i love it please get it you won't regret it
