Perfect application for rewiring of my fishing boat
Perfect application for rewiring of my fishing boat. Used as the main breaker, and as system on/off switch. Soldered in place, but mounts look dependable. Hole in panel, and mounting of item was a bit of jury rig, but was really no problem with any type of drill, and appropriate bits. 30 amp plenty of load for my 5 switches, attachments. Great piece, and a simpler solution than a switch, and in line fuse/ breaker.

Maybe I’m missing something here, but the terminals on the back are tiny, and only have a screw to connect the wire, like you would find on a ground lug for an electrical gang box. this is a 30 amp circuit breaker that requires 10 awg wire, the terminals are too small to “loop” the wire, and there is no way to clamp the wire like so many other circuit breakers. Maybe you could use crimp on wire terminals to attach but I didn’t like that idea.
