I was surprised when I first got this to find that it had no usb type C ports at all front or in the back. Oh well I thought, I'll just install an inexpensive card inside which I did. After a few weeks I decided to go to the HP web site and register my new computer as per the instructions. I found out that this computer had only 3 months left on it's factory warranty. I could get no answers from HP service and I didn't want to go to the trouble of returning it as I had nothing to replace it with... it was already set up and in use so I purchased an additional three year warranty from Amazon. It's a fine computer but something isn't on the up and up. Is it a return? Why wasn't I informed that it's not the same as buying it directly from HP? Is this a reconditioned computer? I don't know. It's a good computer and does everything just fine, except for not having the usb-C port which is pretty much a standard anymore. If I had known these issues I certainly wouldn't have bought it. No, I don't recommend this to other people unless they understand just what they are getting for their money.

I noticed you can only connect one HDMI screen and One VGA. Who uses VGA the is the only bad part Other than that very fast and great PC.

These are dependable, I have two of them. Added an SSD as a boot drive, really fast now! Only has a VGA and DisplayPort, You might need to add a video card if you need DVI

Happy in general with the computer. I had to do a few updates on it and some compatible cables for dual screens but great overall. Microsoft office is also an add on purchase.

Very quiet, nice desktop, I like it. It seems fast enough for me but I expected more of course moving from 8 GB of Ram to 16 GB. I can't really tell just yet as never downloaded much yet and not a gamer so hard to tell how fast it is. Others say it is nice and fast so I would believe them.

It is fast and works well after you "play around with it a bit". The manufacturer or refurbisher Definitely Needs to Add a Quick start page exactly like people get when they buy a new computer. The package has no Certificate or warranty paperwork inside although the display ad says "1 Year Warranty.." Nothing is included in the nice, secure packaging to tell you how to contact the seller or the Entity offering the warranty. I feel quite uncomfortable about this. Also the unit has been partitioned so that 3 T of the memory is in a D drive and 250 or so G is in the C drive. A conversation with an Adobe tech rep who was helping me install some of my subscription software told me those apps need to be on the C drive. I think it is important for a Seller to give a bit of information about this since they just advertise "3T HD memory." This could be a post sale item sent to current customers and a definite inclusion for future customers.

Although it came with Windows 10 loaded, there was no simple instructions how to activate the software. Had to locate via email to the provider. Once done, the equipment is very good.
